RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from divaregalia.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected ordered in size or style, you may return the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please return the product within 5 days from the date on which your order was delivered by contacting us at care@divaregalia.com

Please note: Discounted Orders and Masks are non-returnable and non-refundable items.

EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail

Step 1

You need to inform us by email within 5 business days of receiving the parcel on care@divaregalia.com If we are not informed within 5 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.

Step 2

Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return

Step 3

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice, and Courier the parcel back to us. Address details will be shared in the email.
● We do not return or exchange Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Swimwear and Jewelry, once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.
● No returns/Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
● All custom made orders are non-returnable.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order / customized items and accessories / jewelry once the order is placed, unless it is a quality defect, nor do we offer refunds on payment made in advance for said items.

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum / recommended retail price, without any discount. In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the type of purchase when:

  • The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
  • The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.

 

All returns are subject to quality check at our end. As soon as your order return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7-10 working days.

Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
